We pride ourselves on providing honest, quality, reliable, and timely inspections, treating each home as if it were our own personal property. We take the time to document your entire home to ASHI standards with more than 100 photos per inspection. Our lead inspector, Josh, is fully ASHI certified and holds a degree in construction technologies.

Allen Home Inspections is family owned. We are not associated with any franchise which can tie an inspectors hands, but are able to speak freely about the inspection and process. We pride ourselves in the best reports on the market and our Yelp and Angie's list reviews help support this fact. We look at each home as if it was our own personal property and tell you (the cleint) what we would want to know. We are not the cheapest inspection, but we believe the best inspection for the money. We take our time to document the entire home to ASHI standards and do not believe in upselling or trying to sell additional things that do not aid our clients or improve the actual inspection. One thing that sets us apart from other inspection company's is that we climb on roofs and into crawl spaces that are often considered to difficult to inspect.
