We specializing painting stucco,crack repair,wood and wood replacement.new stucco, elastomeric coatings,Kool decks.
Painting mobile homes and t11 siding. We also do roof replacements and under layments. The key to a quality paint job is starting with a clean surface making sure the surface that's going to be painting is power washed thorough.any body can just slap paint on a home what makes a quality job is the preparation.i can use the best paint money can buy and if the prep isn't done proper the paint won't last.the second key to having a paint job that's going to last 8 to 10 years it's not diluting or watering the paint down.if you notice in the photos below when we fix cracks we don't just fix the big ones that are easy to spot we fix all cracks and there fixed with elastomeric stucco patch so they can be blended in to match the texture and won't open back up and when painted won't leave a scar visible were if caulking is used leaves lines all thru the home and opens back up with in a year.when we enter a home owners yard we treat like if it was are own we plastic and cover everything so that it's neat and clean and left the same way we entered it.
We don't do small jobs such as small interior jobs or small repairs or touch ups,garage doors only or gates or broken and missing tiles only.
