The dream of Best Roof Jax began in 2003 from just that-a literal dream! Matt Maynard, a third generation roofer employed by a large, well-known company, however, work had begun to slow down causing layoffs. The reality of laying off workers did not sit well with Matt, he thought about it constantly. This led to a dream in which the word "BEST" along with a phone number that ended in "BEST" (2378) first appeared. When Matt awoke, he felt as if it were a sign of the future. A new idea of a smaller company that could offer the best of what big companies have to offer (warranty) and the best of what small companies have to offer (service)-thus the name "BEST" name was fitting.
A couple years later in November 2005, the company was finally born and did its first project (a very large church). We pride ourselves in "earning" our customer's business before, during, and after the sale.
