13 years ago, a boss/owner had me talk to the builder, measure the job, bend my own metal, and install it. He would say, that way i dont have anybody to blame. I worked for him for 4.5 years and never missed a day of work and always worked overtime when i could. Now i also order the materials and give the estimates, but i provide a fast service because i dont wait on people because i own a panel machine. Metal roofing has been life since i was 18,(16 years ago) and my cousins have been doing this way before i started. I dont claim to know everything because ive worked in so many places and seen how many people operate, because there are always architects designing new methods and my brain craves growth and knowledge. I refuse to live in a comfort zone state of mind.

I was barely 18 years old and i applied at labor ready, and i was supposed to sign doctors in because i was bilingual and spoke both languages pretty well, but my cousin got me a job in metal roofing, where 3 other cousins were his helpers
