Mike Brazil began working in roofing at the age of eight (8) unloading and loading trucks at supply houses in Stockton, Ca. His Father John Brazil Sr. was a Journeyman roofer his entire life. Mike Brazil learned wood shakes and shingles under the eyes of a true master roofer. Mike then moved to Sacramento at 18 as a journeyman roofer and began working for local roofing companies before contracting on his own with a business associate in the early 90's. In 1997 he started Brazil Quality Roofing, Inc. as the sole owner and the focus was re-roofing and custom homes. Later he gained his first contracts in new home construction and installed the first all solar, zero energy home projects in Sacramento, Roseville, Wheatland, Live Oak, and Marysville/Yuba City. In 2002 his son Michael joined the ranks of Brazil Quality Roofing, Inc. followed by Nicholas and Anthony. Brazil Quality Roofing, Inc.'s focus has remained one thing and one thing only: Quality.
