My primary business operations are specializing in residential leak detection, leak repair / leak area replacement. Other services I provide are general roof damage repair services, general maintenance, inspections, consultations & expert witness testimony in court cases involving poor construction practices & workmanship. this includes roof forensics & expert witness court appearance during litigation. I also provide inspection service for both roof top & attic inspection for real estate, insurance & bank financing requirements. All work includes photo documentation of issues, results & completion, pictures tell the whole story.

I physically work on all my contracted jobs. no just sending out cronies to make a mess of your issue or problem. which makes me a rarity in this day & age. Try finding a state certified contractor that will personally come & address your issue.

I started roofing in Florida in 1994 as a laborer & trade apprentice. In 2001 I became a state certified roofing contractor & opened my own business in the greater Lakeland area. Offering roofing services to all of Polk & Hillsborough counties. I have always considered myself a tradesman first & a contractor second. this is why I still work on all of my jobs in the field to this day.

My primary expertise is Tile Roofs & leak repairs, but I provide leak repair services on all types of roofing. The best advertising I have ever had is word of mouth from my satisfied customers & they are the best at this. I am constantly receiving referral calls from former customers & that keeps me busy all year long. I usually have to schedule my appointments because of my individual personal availability.
