My Son Trevor and I started
"Custom Development of California" in 1993
and operated the company for 26 years until 2019.

In that year Trevor bought the Castillo Del Sol
in Costa Rica, and he and his family moved
to Costa Rica.

My wife, Maureen and I have been down there twice
but we found that we have to many tie's to Northern California.
Maureen is an Artist and she has been part of the
High Hand Gallery , in Loomis, for the past 10 years.
