As a master home builder I was with a client doing a landscaping contract I over heard her say she can’t get a hold of the mason repairing her parapets to fix a cracking problem apparently they are cracking afterwards so I had to see what she was talking about so l set up the ladder and proceeded up to the top I saw a huge wide crack going all the way down the top of the wall and not just one wall but all the walls were cracked and ripping apart wow that’s amazing it looks like people were trying everything to stop it from cracking but nothing is going to work so after an hour thinking this through I had an idea that would fix it for ever rounded edge metal coping after I explained how to do it she gave me the go ahead I could not find any rounded metal cap so I had to make it and that took three weeks to make a special machine to make a rounded metal wall cap or parapet coping for wood framed home unfortunately the wind makes the home move a lot with OSB sheeting
