We started as a General Contractor remodeling homes for investors and home owners. We have done extensive renovations on hundreds of homes and are very experienced in all aspects of home remodeling. We do anything from kitchen remodels to full blown rebuilds.

McKinney Remodeling LLC was started in 2014 by Jeff Lampton, who originally started in the business in 2000 by doing carpentry, wood flooring, and tile work. In 2004, he began remodeling foreclosures for a bank and doing up to 10 full rehabs per month. In 2014, he joined a GC from Houston to handle the Dallas portfolio for Real Estate Investors that were purchasing properties to rehab and keep in their rental portfolio. For over 2 years, he was working up to 25 properties per month.

In 2016, Jeff has decided to focus on what he really loves, which is turning homeowners properties into something that they can really be proud of. No longer working on properties for the Real Estate Investment Trusts, he has dedicated his time and effort to grow the business while working closely with homeowners.

Roofing has always been a part of the business, but in 2016 a separate division was created for this market and is focused on delivery the best product and customer service in the market.
