I started my business in 1993. The most valuable thing I've learned is that, if you want it done right, you better do it yourself – or surround yourself with knowledgeable, talented and reliable contractors. That is why I do both. I have a small team of general and specialty contractors who specialize in various trades at my disposal. We've been working with each other for many years – either me on their projects or them on mine – and we know very well what's expected of one another.

Quality control and efficiency is key, but my word to my customers is most important. I will go over the project diligently before I present to you that the job has been completed. All proposals are line itemized and explained clearly of what is included and what is not included. Materials and or allowances for fixtures etc. are very clear, so there is no mistaking the scope of work, our agreement, and our responsibilities.
