We specialize in the use of Low Pressure Cleaning of your home's exterior. This process prevents damage commonly associated with the use of high pressure.

•Low Pressure Roof Cleaning – Is Moss taking over your roof? Don’t worry I have over 14 years of experience tackling roof cleaning.

•Concrete Cleaning – We clean driveways, walkway and patios. This also includes cleaning brick, exposed aggregate, pavers, and other various stones. This service will remove dirt, mold, moss, black staining and much more.

•Concrete Restoration, Staining/Sealing – We use the highest quality stains/sealers for your decorative concrete, stained concrete, broom finished concrete, brick and pavers. If you have peeling problems we have the solution for that too!

•Deck & Fence Cleaning/Sealing – I’ve been Cleaning and sealing decks for over 10 years, and have learned through lots of testing, what’s the best cleaning techniques and the most durable staining products to use.

•Window Cleaning – We use a Reverse Osmosis water fed pole system for all exterior windows eliminating the use of ladders. The system leaves windows completely Streak Free!

•Gutter Guards – We sell and install a extremely durable gutter guards called GutterGlove which are almost maintenance free, outside of blowing your roof & valleys off.

Precision Power Washing was started in 2008. I had many years of experience with pressure washing and pressure washing equipment, which gave me the motivation to start my own pressure washing company. In 2010 I was informed that any company that performs a service to a home or business over $500 including materials, must have a contractors licence not just a business licence. After hearing this, I applied/tested and received my California contractors licence from the California State Licencing Board. In 2011 we moved from the butte county area to a more central location so we could offer pressure washing services to Sacramento, Roseville, Lincoln, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Loomis, Folsom Davis and Yuba City.
