Premium Roof Services was founded in 1996 by Tony Hernandez. Premium Roof Services skills were highlighted when asked to do the shingle roof and flashing on the 25th Silver Anniversary Designer Showcase home in 1998.

Premium Roof Services was ready to continue to grow, and March 2001 it began to happen. Peter Codallos with 23 years experience came onboard. The company incorporated in that same month and has already shown its roofing skills on many San Diego homes including one of San Diego's landmarks, The Hotel Del Coronado.
