Services include: Replacement Roofing, windows & doors, gutters, siding. We are NOT offering REPAIR WORK at this time with the exception of storm damage losses that are insurance related.

We HATE high-pressure sales tactics. We LOVE explaining how our products are great and how they can improve your life and save you money. That's why we always give you a detailed bid and then step back, let you consider your options, and choose what you want to do.

Other companies pride themselves on "One-call closes." If you want to buy on our first visit-wonderful! But if not, that's okay too!

In fact, one tactic in high-pressure sales is to low-ball you with an attractive price they wont stick to and leaves out important specifications. You better watch out for the final bill! Don't take a chance…go with schantz.
