In addition, we provide waterproofing for flat roofs, balconies,and walking decks.

I'm a third generation roofer. I started at the 16 working for Lytle roofing in Pasadena. on holidays and summer vacations. Went to school to be a mechanic but came back to Lytle's at 19 started working full time as a yard man, then a shingler, roofer, working my way up to salesman, and office. After 10 years I opened my own company Outzen Roof Co. Inc. Then 16 years later in 2006 Thinking the economy was going to pop. I closed the company and opened a restaurant in Baja, The Lighthouse Restaurant. Now I'm back with the company with 30 years of experience and can cook coconut shrimp with tequlia sunrise
