I have been on the roofs since 1969 starting in Cleveland, Ohio where they actually have Weather! I moved to SoCal in 1986 until I established a business in the 90's. After semi-retiring) in 2004 I got bored and decided to get back into it and XXLL Inc. was born.

XXLL Inc. (aka Smart Roof Management.) is a Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Contractor focusing on Property Services emphasizing Roofing. We manage many Commercial Properties' roof systems including repair, maintenance, and complete replacement with hot built-up systems, coatings, and reinforced cold app systems for all types of roofs.

Between myself and my lead Techs we have over 100 years of experience in all types of roofing, trouble shooting, and repair expertise. We pride ourselves on our quality and attention to details and we provide great value over the long-haul.
